Refund policy

Returns within 14 days

You may request an exchange or return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason and without incurring expenses, subject to the legally applicable exceptions.

For these returns, the product should remain in the condition in which it was received. Exceptions may apply where the product's nature or packaging prevents return, or where its condition has changed because of customer-caused damage or use. We assess any applicable exception according to the product and its condition. These conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective products.

Defective products and our 30-day warranty

Ominel provides a 30-day warranty from delivery. If your product is defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and explain the problem. You may request an exchange or a refund.

For defective-product requests within this period, the exchange or refund will be completed without additional cost within one week of contacting us. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping

Ominel pays the return-shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges.

Email info@ominel.com or message us on WhatsApp at +20 150 587 6403. Include your order number and a description of your request. For a defective product, photos can help us understand the problem where available.
